TSAI GUIDELINES FOR USING THE WRITING ROOM
Available for 3 hour sessions
Monday – Friday 8 AM – 9 PM
Saturday 8 AM – 4 PM
The doors to the building automatically lock at 6 PM Monday-Friday
and on Saturday at 1 PM, you must be in the building before then.
1. TSAI Member must schedule the room and be present at the writing session.
2. Writing sessions must be booked by the end of the weekly Wednesday night meeting before the upcoming week. Bookings will be taken during the evening break or immediately following the meeting. You may book in advance as needed. Out of town members may email before the weekly meeting to schedule a writing session during their Nashville trip.
3. No amps or any excessive noise. Please respect the fact that other tenants are working nearby.
4. The room MUST be left clean, pick up any trash (a trash can is available in the kitchen/bathroom area), and leave the room in an orderly condition.
5. Any complaints or problems reported by other building tenants or management shall result in loss of the writing room.
6. The writing room shall be available for songwriting purposes only. TSAI does not sanction peer to peer critiques. The room shall not be used for any “for profit” activity.
7. Guidelines may be revised or amended as needed. Remember, we are tenants in the building and we must all strive to be good neighbors. Please represent TSAI professionally.
